Volunteers needed for our Habitat Booth at the Calgary Volunteer Fair
Join us on Thursday, April 23, 2026, as we celebrate National Volunteer Week and the incredible impact of volunteerism in our community. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with others, support a meaningful event, and represent Habitat in a meaningful way.
📍 Location: Downtown U of C Campus (906 – 8 Ave SW)
🚆 Easily accessible by transit, with nearby parking available
Volunteer roles may include:
- Event set-up and tear-down
- Speaking with the public about Habitat’s work, impact, homeownership program and volunteer opportunities
We’re looking for volunteers who:
- Are knowledgeable about Habitat for Humanity
- Enjoy speaking with the public and engaging new people
- Are friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about community impact
