Dawson's Landing - Construction Crew Leader
Construction Crew Leader (Dawson’s Landing)
Regular day on site (not a Build Day). Lead and mentor small groups of volunteers on Habitat build sites. Crew Leaders provide hands-on training, guidance, and support in various phases of home construction, ensuring a safe, positive, and productive experience for all volunteers.
Skills Required: Some home construction experience required.
Commitment: Regular commitment (at least 2 – 3 shifts/month and a 1+ year commitment)
Steps before you can sign-up for a shift:
- Attend volunteer orientation
- Interview with Volunteer Program Manager
- “Crew Leader in training” shifts
