CREB Build Day
We’re excited to welcome you to a Habitat for Humanity build site! By participating in a Build Day, not only do Habitat partner families get in their homes faster, 100% of all donations are directly invested into the build for things such as skilled labour, fees, and supplies necessary for completion.
You will be volunteering at our Cornerstone build sites which consists of 11 townhomes. Each home features 1,200 square feet of living space on two levels. The entry flows into open-concept kitchen and living spaces, and a conveniently-located half bathroom.
The upstairs has three bedrooms and one full, three-piece bath, and includes a walk-in closet off the master bedroom.
The basement is unfinished with large windows and can be developed with up to two additional bedrooms and one additional bathroom.
Each home has a fenced-in backyard and a designated two-car outdoor parking pad.
We anticipate the day will be fun and rewarding! Below are a few reminders to help you prepare for your build day:

Dress in layers! Come prepared to perform a variety of tasks from outdoor landscaping to installing drywall.

Lunch, snacks and water provided throughout the day! We do encourage you to bring your own water bottle
